Can I bring my children to your halls? |

Yes, children 6 years and older are allowed in all Team Bingo Halls as long as they are accompanied with a parent or guardian. . They must play bingo and remain seated during the sessions. |

If my child's card gets bingo, what should we do? |

If your child, between the age of 6 and 17 gets bingo on a card they are playing, they are not allowed to claim the bingo prize. Parents or Guardians can claim the winning bingo. |

I sent my child to purchase my bingo cards and he was turned away. Why? |

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to gamble. Therefore, children can not purchase or accept winnings on any of the following item in any Team Bingo Hall: Full Pay Sets; Not-In-Sets; Pull Tabs; English Bingo, Trash Can or any style Computers. A parent or guardian can allow the child to play a computer in lieu of a bingo card. |

The Trash Can pull is a way to win a computer to play a session. Therefore, you can not put your child's name in the Trash Can Drawings. |

They drew my name twice for the first session Trash Can Drawing and they would not give me the computer I won. Why? |

The Trash Can is a drawing where all Team Bingo players can enter their name for a chance to win a computer for either the first or second session. The rules state that you can only enter your name once to be eligible. This makes the drawing fair for all players. If it has been determined that you have entered your name multiple times, you will not be able to win a computer for that day at that Hall. |
